On 2 December we hosted the graduation ceremony for the Sisonke Early Learning Centre. Eucaforest is involved in various ways to assist teachers, parents, children, and orphans.
Monthly donations are made, and stationery is supplied.
Fresh fruit and stationery were also distributed to all attendees.
Eucaforest Fun Run for Respect – Inhlonipho
On 19 November we hosted our 3rd Fun Run – it was once again a huge success and the day was thoroughly enjoyed by all. Balloons, fruit packets, stationery, and face painting also formed part of this fulfilled day.
It doesn’t matter what age you are, balloons are always fun!!
On the 18th of July 2022, Eucaforest employees were happy to forgo their lunch break to assist the local school and the elderly in the neighboring communities with various tasks that were too difficult for them to manage on their own.
Some examples of the help offered included: repairs to St Andrews Primary School sports equipment, and firewood deliveries to the home for the elders at Driefontein. Food hampers and blankets were also delivered to the elders in the community.
A contribution was made towards a warm and nutritious meal for those at the home of the elderly.
In February 2022 Eucaforest established a Youth Running Club for the children in our surrounding communities. Every Tuesday and Thursday afternoon they are coached by Nomusa Magagula, a Eucaforest employee.
We aim to make a difference in our communities with various Social Impact Projects throughout the year.
Seedlings are handed out every quarter to the surrounding villages, Driefontein area, homesteads, and communal gardens as well as the home for the elderly.
