Sisonke ELC Graduation 23 Nov 2023
On 23 November, we proudly hosted the annual Graduation Ceremony for the Sisonke Early Learning Centre, marking an important milestone in the educational journey of our young learners. A total of 12 pupils graduated on the day, each ready to take the next exciting step as they transition to primary school.
The ceremony was a heartfelt and joyful occasion, attended by parents, guardians, educators, and members of the community, all gathered to celebrate the children’s achievements and growth. The graduates were recognized for their hard work and development throughout the year, and the event served as both a celebration and a moment of encouragement as they move forward in their education.
We were especially honoured to have a guest from the United States join us for the celebrations, adding a meaningful international presence to the occasion. Their participation highlighted the broader support and interest in the development of our community initiatives.
Following the formal proceedings, attendees enjoyed a shared meal and cake, creating a warm and festive atmosphere for all. To further support the learners and their families, stationery packs and fruit parcels were distributed to everyone in attendance, reinforcing our commitment to education, well-being, and community upliftment.
The event was a great success, filled with pride, joy, and a strong sense of community, and it remains a highlight on our annual calendar.
